When you submit a "needs" request, the name of the member, an image of the bill that explains the reason for the service and its cost are typically sufficient. However, in some cases HSW may request more information or communication.

Routine preventative services such as well visits, vaccinations, mammograms, colonoscopies and more are generally sharable, up to 130% of the national rate. Checks are issued by HealthShare Works to members within 30 days of receiving the itemized invoice and paid receipt. Please direct questions to [email protected].
PLEASE NOTE: PREVENTIVE CARE IS NOT FOR TREATMENT OF ANY CONDITION. Once there is a diagnosis, you need to pay your IUA and then submit bills for sharing.
